Social Media Analytics Report

During my Social Media Analytics class, I had the opportunity to work with the Texas State PACE center and analyze their social media analytics over the course of one semester. I looked at their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts and analyzed the change in followers, impressions, and engagement as well as highlighted their top post on each platform during the period. At the end of the semester, I, along with the rest of my group, put together a portfolio of information regarding their strengths as well as their weaknesses. This project helped me gain experience in working with an active client and helped me navigate how to engage in social media and data conversations.
